The DuraCycle IBC features a patented liner and is available for any
IBC container and IBC tote manufactured today. Manufactured and installed by Varicon, every IBC liner features strong seams created by our revolutionary weld methods. The DuraCycle IBC liner also provides all virgin contact surfaces and new
IBC bottle quality without the new
IBC bottle cost.
IBC Liner Sizing and Quality
The IBC liner fits the exact dimensions of each
IBC container without collapsing or impeding discharge. Each IBC liner is form fitting, allowing maximum fill, discharge and mixing. Our vacuum port eliminates air from behind the IBC liner skin. The IBC liner also acts as a double barrier, ensuring integrity and security should the container become damaged during shipment or use. Once the
IBC container has been emptied, Varicon will retrieve the IBC and replace it with a new IBC liner.

- FDA - complies with FDA regulation 21 CFR 177.1520
