The DuraCycle IBC features a patented liner and is available for any IBC and tote manufactured today. Manufactured and installed by Varicon, every IBC liner features strong seams created by our revolutionary weld methods. The DuraCycle liner also provides all virgin contact surfaces and new bottle quality without the new bottle cost.

The liner fits the exact dimensions of each container without collapsing or impeding discharge. Each is form fitting, allowing maximum fill, discharge and mixing. Our vacuum port eliminates air from behind the liner skin. The liner also acts as a double barrier, ensuring integrity and security should the container become damaged during shipment or use. Once the IBC has been emptied, Varicon will retrieve the container and replace it with a new liner.

The liner is available in three film options:

• FDA - complies with FDA regulation 21 CFR 177.1520
• Anti-static - tested to Federal Test Method Standard (FTMS) 101-C
• Ultraviolet (UV)-resistant
